Marina Towers is Closed
Marina Towers remains closed. It has now been 2 years and 3 months since Hurricane Ian, and owners have been unable to get back into their units. It took over 16 months just to restore electricity to the building. There is no timeline for getting back into the building.
No Dock Slips or Rentals
Marina Towers does not have available temporary boat slips for rental, nor do we have an on-site rental office for condos. Private owners may rent out their condos individually. Check condo rental sites for availability, if any.
