General House Rules

We welcome you to our building and look forward to getting to know you. We invite you to take part in our social events, which are posted on the bulletin board in the covered garage area. We also like to inform you of the rules we live by, which help to create a courteous, considerate environment for all.

Owners, renters, and guests must sign in and out of the building when arriving or ending their stay, in the book located in the mailroom. This is mandated by the Fire Marshal, and is needed in case of emergencies.

Parking areas are all assigned, except for guest slots. Boats, trailers, pick-ups or recreational vehicles are not allowed in the parking lot longer than 2 days, unless under 3/4 ton weight.

Marina Towers & Yacht Club is a pet-free property and no pets are allowed on the premises.

Swimmers must wear cover-ups and shoes free of sand, and must be dry before entering building areas. Parents must accompany and control children under 12 years of age in all common areas.

All trash and refuse must be tightly tied in plastic bags and placed in the trash chutes adjoining laundry room, and only between the house of 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Wind chimes are not allowed on the lanais in consideration of others.

Baskets are to be returned immediately after use to the area provided as others may need them.
