What is a wall?
Everyone’s Facebook page is nothing more than a big long page of text, photos & videos called a wall. Each time something is posted to your wall, it lands at the top and the rest of the information moves down.

How do I see my wall?
Click on your name at the top of the page.

How do I post a message or photo on my wall?
Go to your wall, and at the top of your wall where is says “What’s on your mind?” Type a message in that spot or click on the Photo / Video right above it. Click on “Upload Photos/Video” then select a photo on your computer to send.

How do I see a friends wall?
Click on your name at the top of the page then click on the Friends Link on the horizontal menu that says Timeline, About, Friends, Photos, More. Click on one of your friends when the list comes up and it will take you to their wall.

How do I see stuff that pops up on all my friends walls together?
Click on the Home Link at the top of the page. It’s the one next to your name.

How do I see the Marina Towers Yacht Club Group wall?
Click on the Home Link at the top of the page. It’s the one next to your name. Then look down the left column of the page until you see a link called “Marina Towers FMB Owners” and click on it. It’s under the title Groups.

How do how see the photo albums?
Click on the Photos Link on the horizontal menu that says Timeline, About, Friends, Photos, More. On your own Facebook page, you will have another menu that says “Photos of You”, “Your Photos”, “Albums”. Click on Albums.

How do I send and receive private messages?
To send a private message, go to a friends wall (see above), look for the horizontal menu that says “Friends”, “Following”, “Message” … Click on the Message Link to privately message that friend. Type in your message and hit return when you want it to send.

To read private messages look for the chat icon at the top of the page (where your name, Home and Find Friends appears). Beside those are three little icons. Click on the one between the two people and the globe. That is your private messages. It has two little chat bubbles that overlap.
